A recurring cleaning contract works differently from a one-off. The first 30 days establish the scope, the crew, and the communication rhythm. Here's what that looks like.
We start with your facility — in person for sites over roughly 5,000 sq ft, by phone and floor plan for smaller locations. We document: every area to be cleaned, the floor types in each, restroom fixtures, access constraints, and any areas that are off-limits or require special handling. This is where we find out what the previous vendor was getting wrong.
You receive a document, not a verbal estimate. The scope lists every task, every area, the visit frequency, the estimated crew size and visit duration, and the price. Nothing is added to your invoice that isn't in the scope. If the scope needs to change, we discuss it before it shows up on a bill.
A specific crew is assigned to your account before the first visit. They receive the scope document and a facility briefing. For facilities with access codes, alarm protocols, or specific entry procedures, the crew lead is briefed directly — not just handed a note.
The first visit may run longer than subsequent visits, particularly if the facility is transitioning from a previous provider. Accumulated buildup in restrooms, grout, and high-traffic areas is addressed before the recurring maintenance baseline is set. We do not bill for the extra time on a first clean — it's part of the onboarding.
After approximately 30 days or four visits (whichever comes first), we contact you for a scope review. Are all areas being covered to standard? Has the facility layout changed? Is the frequency right for the actual traffic? Adjustments at this stage are common and expected — it's built into the process.
If a clean does not meet scope, report it to us by phone or email by end of next business day. We return to the facility within 48 hours to correct the issue at no charge. Persistent quality failures trigger a crew review — not a price renegotiation.
